This policy covers carbonarava.com, the website for Carbonara Arlington and Carbonara Gainesville, both operated by Cordero Hospitality.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form or a private-event enquiry, we receive the name, email address, telephone number and any details you type into it. That information is emailed to the relevant team at Cordero Hospitality and is used to answer you. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list from this form.
Reservations
Table reservations are handled by Resy, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. When you book through the widget on this site, the details you enter go to Resy rather than to us, and we see the booking through our Resy account.
Online ordering and gift cards
Online ordering and gift cards are handled by Toast. Following those links takes you to Toast’s own site, where their privacy policy applies.
Measurement and advertising
We use analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through the settings offered by Google and Meta.
